FISHING RULES
Unhooking Mats: We take great pride in the condition of our fish. Unhooking mats MUST be used to protect the fish.
Keep Nets: STRICTLY NO CARP to be kept in keep nets. Micro-mesh keep nets can be used for other fish.
Hooks: No barbed hooks. Micro-barbs or barbless hooks only please.
Night Fishing: You are welcome to stay overnight - indeed many of our most successful catches have been at night. By prior arrangement only - please see Contact Us for details.
Litter: Numerous litter bins are provided. Please respect the beautiful setting of the lakes.
Minors: All children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Music: Strictly no music/radios etc.
Bait: There are no bait restrictions.
Fires: Strictly no fires. BBQs may be used responsibly - please place disposable BBQs on bricks to protect the ground.
Bookings: Whilst night fishing is by prior arrangement, there is no need to book daytime fishing - just turn up and pay in our hut before you start.
General: The lakes are on private property. Please do not disturb others, keep noise and lights at night to a minimum. Please make sure all gates are kept closed on entering and leaving the lakes. The highest possible standard of behaviour will be expected from all.
Facilities: A toilet with handwashing facility is available (March - September).

A valid Environment Agency fishing licence is required at these lakes.

Day Ticket:£6.00 (2 rods)
£3.00 for extra rod (3 rods maximum)
Night Fishing:£12.00 (24 hrs)
Juniors (14 and under)

All under 16’s must be accompanied
by a responsible adult
when night fishing.
